Reminder: overdue immunisation reports

Every three weeks, practices receive reports listing children aged 10 weeks to 24 months who are overdue for their immunisations. Please review the children listed in each report and use the drop-down fields to note any reason for delay before returning the report to the Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR).

Please refer overdue children to the outreach immunisation service promptly. For example, if you have completed at least three recall attempts of varying types and the child is four weeks or more overdue for an immunisation event.

You can make referrals through BPAC and/or the overdue report.
